You can change your QA Proof plan at any time. Here's how upgrades and downgrades work.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Review the prorated charges
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review what features you'll lose
- Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to all features until then.
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Projects beyond the plan limit become read-only
- Team members beyond the limit lose access (you choose who to keep)
- Historical data is preserved but older results may expire based on the new retention period
Switching Billing Cycles
Switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings → Billing → Billing Cycle. The change applies at your next renewal date.
