Upgrading or Downgrading

You can change your QA Proof plan at any time. Here's how upgrades and downgrades work.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the prorated charges
  5. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Review what features you'll lose
  5. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to all features until then.

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • Projects beyond the plan limit become read-only
  • Team members beyond the limit lose access (you choose who to keep)
  • Historical data is preserved but older results may expire based on the new retention period

Switching Billing Cycles

Switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings → Billing → Billing Cycle. The change applies at your next renewal date.
