Share your design QA results with team members, stakeholders, and clients using QA Proof's sharing features.

Share Links

Generate a shareable link for any test result:

  1. Open the test result you want to share
  2. Click "Share" in the top right
  3. Choose access level (team only, anyone with link, or password-protected)
  4. Copy the link and send it

Exporting Reports

Export results in multiple formats:

  • PDF: Formatted report with screenshots and details
  • CSV: Raw data for spreadsheet analysis
  • JSON: Structured data for integrations

Scheduled Reports

Set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Go to Project Settings → Reports
  2. Click "Schedule Report"
  3. Choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Add recipient email addresses
  5. Select which metrics and details to include

Embedding Results

Embed test result summaries in other tools using our embed widget. Copy the embed code from the Share menu and paste it into Notion, Confluence, or any tool that supports HTML embeds.
