Inviting Team Members

Invite your team to collaborate on design QA in QA Proof. Here's how to add members and manage access.

Sending Invitations

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Members"
  3. Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  4. Select a role for the new members
  5. Click "Send Invites"

Available Roles

  • Admin: Full access to all settings, billing, and team management
  • Editor: Can create and manage projects, tests, and issues
  • Viewer: Read-only access to projects and test results

Invitation Status

Track pending invitations in Settings → Team → Pending. You can resend or cancel invitations from there.

Team Limits

The number of team members depends on your plan:

  • Free: Up to 2 members
  • Pro: Up to 10 members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited members
