Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your QA Proof subscription at any time. Here's what to expect.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Optionally tell us why you're leaving
  4. Confirm the cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your projects and data remain accessible (within Free plan limits)
  • No further charges will be made

Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund available within the first 30 days
  • Contact support@qaproof.io for refund requests

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? Simply go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan to reactivate. Your previous settings and data will be restored if still within the retention period.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After that, it's permanently deleted. If you need to export your data before then, use the export feature in Settings → Account → Export Data.
