Managing your account

All account settings live at qaproof.io/app in the left sidebar. Four sections — API Keys, Profile, Security, Billing.

Profile

Open Profile to edit:

  • First name and last name (shown in the top-right of the dashboard).
  • Phone number (optional, digits / + / spaces / hyphens / parens only, minimum 7 digits).
  • Avatar — upload a JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP under 2 MB.
  • Email notification toggles: Test results (sent after every successful test) and Monitor alerts (sent when a scheduled monitor scores below your threshold).

Email is read-only — to change it, contact support@qaproof.io.

Security

Open Security to:

  • Change password — enter current + new, click Update.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) — scan the QR code with Google Authenticator / 1Password / Authy / etc., confirm a code to activate, then save the backup codes somewhere safe.
  • Sign out of all other sessions.

Sign-in methods

You can sign in with email + password, with Google, or with GitHub. Whichever method you used to create the account is the primary one — to add additional methods, sign out and sign back in with the new provider using the same email address.

API Keys

Open API Keys to view, copy, regenerate, or delete your API key. The same page shows your current AI-generation usage and monitor count (on paid plans this is the current billing period; on Free it's the lifetime trial bucket). See Quick Start if you're setting up the WP plugin for the first time.

Billing

Open Billing to change plans, cancel, or view invoices. Plan changes are processed by Paddle — see Upgrading or downgrading.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your account, email support@qaproof.io from the address tied to the account. We'll cancel any active subscription, remove your workspace data, and confirm by reply.
